Charles Adams Studio Project (CASP)
Thank you for supporting Charles Adams Studio Project. We aim to ensure that all transactions are handled with care, transparency, and fairness.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our programs, events, and products – which may include one-of-a-kind artworks, limited edition items, or donations – all sales are considered final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges except in the rare case of an item arriving damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Email us at info@casp-arts.org with your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damage. We’ll review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement (if available) or issue a refund at our discretion.
Event Tickets and Registrations
Event tickets, studio rentals, and class registrations are non-refundable. If an event or program is canceled by CASP, we will offer a full refund or, in some cases, the option to transfer your registration to a future event.
Donations
Donations made to CASP are non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 3 business days of the transaction.
